O'Neill reached out to me when he was refreshing his website copy, puzzled about how to present his work—which is spiritual, metaphysical, and so a bit nebulous—in words.

O'Neill and I worked in close partnership with his web designer to revive the site. I had done personal vision work with O'Neill before and so already had a deep, firsthand experience of his offering. After a series of short interviews, I had the language I needed—much of it in O’Neill’s words, in honor of his particular voice—to craft the copy for the Strategy Meets Soul website.
